General
Which exams does Indu Library focus on?
We support aspirants preparing for BPSC, Railway, SSC, UPSC, and other competitive exams in Baraichak Patam, Bihar. Anyone studying seriously is welcome.
Pricing
Can I pay in cash, or only online?
Both. We accept cash at the counter and online via UPI. Once Razorpay is enabled you can also pay by card / UPI in-app. The receipt is identical in either case.
Attendance
What happens if the centre is closed for a day?
Closure days (holidays, maintenance, weather, etc.) automatically extend your subscription by the same number of days. You only pay for the time you can actually use.
How do I check in when I arrive?
Open the app, go to Home, and tap Check in. Tap Check out when you leave. Your check-in/out times build a session history you can review under History.
Refunds
Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
Yes, partially. If you cancel before your start date, you get a full refund. If you cancel within the first few days (default 5), you get a refund minus the per-day cost for those days. After that there is no refund. The exact window is set by the centre — ask your manager.
